Tracie started her training and development career in 1995.  Since then she has worked for and with several organization as a workshop designer and trainer. She has always found joy in communication and relationship based workshops and thus it make sense that her Millennial Management Program of offerings that focuses on creating relationship between the generations is a true passion.  Match this passion with her team coaching expertise and NLP training, and you get creative and innovative programs focused on results.
