Strength at Terasen Gas

As a part of Tracie's work in developing leadership team capacity, several engineering teams at Terasen Gas in BC have completed this assessment and presented their findings to their teams.  In a facilitated session, Tracie has three fundamental agenda items.  They are:

• Learn
• Laugh
• Leverage

Learn about your team member's strengths, laugh at how much truth is staring you in the face everyday and leverage your team's talent for better results.  You can't be all things to all people, but a well function team can.
