Why Career Management? MPG Career Management 101 is for new and junior level employees.  This program imparts the mindset and skills to be accountable for and manage one's career.  MPG 201 is for intermediate and senior level employees and is devoted to transitioning employees from having a tactical focus to a more strategic one.
