Leadership | Coaching

Moser Performance Group works with leaders from all levels to assist them in demonstrating confidence, competence, clarity and commitment to themselves, their team and the organization.

We know that each leader’s style and presence is unique. Moser Performance Group gathers information on each leader’s presence through one-to-one interviews with the leader’s manager, peers, direct reports and customers. This valuable feedback is summarized and used to co-create a customized coaching plan.

Moser Performance Group’s focus is to champion and align the leader’s inner and outer world working relationships. With this focus, our coaching objectives emphasize:

  • Expressing yourself powerfully to foster positive and productive change
  • Integrating personal values for authentic communication
  • Building relationships to enhance collaboration and cooperation
  • Managing tough situations with heightened confidence and competence

After an initial meeting, a coaching plan is established and bi-weekly coaching is undertaken. With a commitment of at least 4 months, leaders develop new behaviors and create a noticeable impact in the workplace with a more confident, compelling and engaging leadership style. In the past a leader was a boss. Today's leaders must be partners with their people... they no longer can lead solely based on positional power.
